Welcome

The Northwest Rankin Middle and  High School Choral Music Program is home to over 200 students who are dedicated to excellence in vocal performance. Our Concert Choirs have earned Sweepstakes Designations, performed at the Mississippi State Capitol, Vestavia Hills Baptist Church, Trinity United Methodist Church in Birmingham, AL, and for the Mississippi Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, and were selected as a featured choir for the MMEA/ACDA 2025 State Conference. Our Middle School and High School Concert Choirs received Superior ratings at the 2024 Riverland Choral Festival, with Radica Tenor/Bass Ensemble awarded Best in Class for their division.

The Allure, Accord, and Ambassadors  Show Choir continue to achieve top honors for vocal performance, visual presentation, and costuming design, representing NWR at competitions across the South. Our students also give back to the community through signature events like Sweet Encores Dessert Theatre and NWR MusicFest, as well as local performances.
